A sentry, watching your folio.
Every purchase remembered exactly. Every price measured nightly. Every threshold you set, reported the moment it is met. Objective mathematics. Never advice.
Three steps, then it never sleeps
Hand over an export
The file your broker already gives you: Charles Stanley, Trading 212, IG, Interactive Brokers, Revolut. New broker? Support is built within the week.
Set your numbers
A drop percentage against your average cost, a band around the analysts' target, a gain marker. Yours to change any time.
Read one quiet report
Every morning: a heartbeat, the parameters met, nothing else. The terminal holds the detail whenever you want to look deeper.
Nine instruments, one quiet report
What did each purchase truly cost me?
Broker exports become an exact FIFO ledger: every lot at its true cost, forever.

Markets do not keep office hours, and neither does worry. So post a watch: while you sleep, the beacon is lit. Each morning, one quiet report, never an opinion. It tells you what is, and leaves what to do where it belongs: with you.
I did not need advice. I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I needed something that never stops watching the numbers I care about.
Your data stays yours
Your vault lives on Sentryfolio's own server in the EU, never pooled with another investor's holdings.
Everything is encrypted before it ever leaves the server; nothing ever connects to your broker.
A fresh backup is taken automatically every night, so nothing you import is ever at risk.
No analytics scripts, no cookies, no tracking anywhere on this site. Nothing watches you back.
And if Sentryfolio ever closed: notice first, time to take your exports, and the vault deleted, not passed on. The whole promise →
The half that looks outward
Night after night, the discovery engine walks thousands of dividend payers through four blunt gates: steady climb, meaningful climb, unbroken dividend, sensible yield. What survives lands with its numbers laid bare. Findings, never suggestions.

No, and it never will be. It reports objective measurements only: thresholds met, distances between numbers, the parameters you set. What to do stays entirely with you.
Charles Stanley, Trading 212, IG, Interactive Brokers and Revolut today, using the export file your broker already gives you. Arrive with a new broker and support is built within the week.
It lives in your own vault, on your own server: encrypted before it ever leaves, and backed up nightly. Nothing links to your accounts, nothing watches you, and you can export everything, anytime.
Yes. Sentryfolio is in private beta: free, by invitation, one portfolio at a time. It is supported only by voluntary tips, which buy nothing.
Your data is yours and fully portable: export it in a single step, whenever you like. Nothing is ever locked in.
I built Sentryfolio for one person first: me. For years I watched a handful of numbers I genuinely cared about. A price against what I paid. A distance from a target. Every tracker I tried either blended them into one cheerful figure, or worse, tried to tell me what to do.
I didn't want advice. I knew my own mind. I wanted something that never blinked — something that remembered every purchase exactly, measured the things I set each night, and sent me one quiet report each morning. So I built it, and I run it myself: one portfolio at a time, on a server I keep, with your data kept yours.
It will never sell you anything, never nudge you toward a trade, and never give your figures to a third party. That is the whole promise, and I intend to keep it.
Sentryfolio never says buy, sell, or recommend. It measures distances, thresholds, parameters, and reports when your numbers are met.
