Invitations, questions, broker files

One door for everything. Request an invitation, ask a question, report a mistake, or send a broker file so its format can be built in. Whatever you choose, it is read by a person, not a pipeline, and answered from support@sentryfolio.com.

First, the question everyone asks: it's free. The beta costs nothing, there is no card to enter, and the only money that ever changes hands is a voluntary tip, which buys nothing.

Invitations go out in small numbers while Sentryfolio is in beta. If your broker isn't supported yet, that isn't a no. New brokers are added by request, and yours joining the list is exactly how the system grows.

"I read these myself, usually the same day. There is no queue software on the other side of this form. Just me."
Phil, the operator

Questions and corrections are welcome from anyone, invited or not. A broker file sent through this form is used only to build that broker's importer, then deleted; it is never stored on the server.

Your vault lives in the EU, on Sentryfolio's own server, never pooled with anyone else's holdings. And if Sentryfolio ever wound down: notice first, time to take your exports, and the vault deleted, not passed on. The whole privacy story →

What you'll never get from this form: marketing, a newsletter you didn't ask for, or your details passed anywhere. One request, one reply.

While you wait: the guide shows every page and signal, and how it works walks the journey your numbers would take.
